The Intake Platform was originally a 6-week initiative to build a tool support the centralization of information within the Marketing & Communication operations at Northwell Health. Now, a few years later with one additional 2.0 release and some bug fixes, it is a stable platform that supports and manages thousands of requests. The platform uses a customer skinned bootstrap framework which sits on top of a custom database, modeled on the internal needs of Marketing Operations teams & stakeholders. The platform supports several different user segments from 'Super Admins', 'Marketing Directors' 'Managers' & 'Requester' for each the tool provides the experience most relevant to their needs.
