In 2017, the Digital Strategy & Innovation team at Northwell Health built their first Alexa skill. The skill leverages existing real time data from emergency department waiting rooms as well as wait times from over 40 GoHealth Urgent care centers in the Greater New York City Area. The skill is a new take on the existing online wait time information Northwell provides, which can be seen here. I am grateful to have been one of two full time staff dedicated to this project. My role was design and strategy. My good friend, Stan, lead the API integrations and skill development.

Voice interface design, utterance mapping, slot definition.
